She’s a proud mama of two home birthed babies Sawyer & Phoebe and a loving wife to her soul mate, Johnn of 18 years.

She’s a former competitive free skier and cross country mountain biker. She’s trained as a Bikram yoga teacher and holds a Masters Degree in Social Work, and a Minor in French from the Sorbonne University in Paris, France.
